We are looking for Project Manager to join the HR -Enterprise Applications team at Mahindra to lead the various projects & initiatives in the HR Applications area”.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading delivery of SAP HCM/ SuccessFactors/ Kronos projects/ programs from Concept to Delivery completion.
Role gives the opportunity to work on projects across diverse business sectors of Mahindra group.
Responsibilities
Responsible for project planning, schedules, costs, scope, quality.
Ensure projects are delivered in line with governance and technical framework of Mahindra IT.
Independently leading team , including external team members
Manage relationship with Internal & external stakeholders
Reporting on the progress to stakeholders- including risks, mitigation plans,
Ensure timely delivery
Qualifications
- Any Graduate with MBA
- Relevant Certifications will be additional advantage
- Knowledge of Agile/ SCRUM, JIRA & MS Project, MS Office.
- Experience in managing SuccessFactors/ SAP HCM / Kronos projects end to end on cost, time & quality.
- Ability to manage multiple project engagements simultaneously
- Experience in working with partners for delivery
- Good business stakeholder management and team management skills
- Knowledge of SAP ABAP, Middleware ( SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, SAP Integration center)
- Good communication / Presentation skills.
Work Experience & Industry Preferred:
- 15-20 years overall work experience
- At least 8-10 years in managing projects ( team size 25 +)
